Getting into Dallas, TX is easy!

Travel Info and FAQ’s

Course Tuition covers breakfast, lunch, and Friday Night Dinner. Doctors are responsible for making travel arrangements. Your tuition does not cover any travel related expenses. Please make travel plans for a Thursday night arrival, class will start at 8 am Friday, and we will terminate around 4 - 5 on Saturday. Return flights booked after 6:00 PM Saturday night are recommended.

Course Location

Our Cadaver Courses are located in the Design District in Dallas, TX near downtown. Course location is: 1727 E Levee St. Dallas, TX 75207 inside SLR Medical.

Flight Information

Dallas, TX has 2 airports DFW and Dallas Love Field.

Typically, Dallas Love Field is easier to get in and out of, security lines are smaller, check in is quicker. Dallas Love Field is Southwest Airlines home base, it is located just north of Downtown Dallas. This airport is only 10 minutes away from the cadaver course.

However, if you are better served on American Airlines or Delta, then DFW is the better option for you. DFW is located half-way between Fort Worth and Dallas downtowns. It is about a 30 minute drive from the course location in Downtown Dallas.

Facility Location

Our Courses are held inside of a Cadaver Lab located inside of SLR Medical 1727 E Levee St Dallas, TX 75207. The course location is in the Dallas Design District near Downtown Dallas.

Food and Community

Food Provided:

  • Breakfast - Friday and Saturday at the course

  • Lunch - Friday and Saturday at the course

  • Happy Hour / Dinner Friday Night. We invite you and your spouse (with notice) as it is a great time to meet other Full Arch surgeons. Happy hour is from 6:30 - 9:30 Friday Night.
